Job Title – Neighbourhood Manager Location – Hampshire SP10 Contract – Temporary (Ongoing) Hours – Full Time (37 hours per week) Salary – £36.66 per hour LTD / £29.26 per hour PAYE Role summary – We are currently recruiting for a Neighbourhood Manager to lead and manage a comprehensive Housing and Neighbourhood Management service. This role is pivotal in delivering an efficient, effective, and customer-focused service, while supporting and developing the Neighbourhood team. You will work closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure that estates and tenancies are managed to a high standard, promoting customer satisfaction and compliance. Key Responsibilities: Lead the Neighbourhood team including Senior Neighbourhood Officers, Housing Officers, and Assistants. Ensure delivery of a safety-first and rent-first landlord strategy. Oversee housing KPIs, compliance, and budgetary performance. Investigate and resolve complex housing management and service delivery issues. Deliver operational housing and tenancy management, including neighbourhood inspections and safeguarding. Foster relationships with partner agencies and stakeholders.
