We are seeking an experienced and reliable Maintenance Operative to join our team. You will be conducting repairs and maintenance on a wide range of properties, including plumbing, painting, minor carpentry, and other maintenance work. You will be responsible for ensuring all work is completed to a high standard, meeting company standards, and delivering complete customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct repairs and maintenance on both empty and tenanted properties
