THE ROLE
- Support Service Users under the AASC contract, ensuring accommodation standards, safety, and wellbeing are upheld across the Coventry area.
- Deliver housing support services and complete regular property inspections.
- Induct new Service Users and ensure understanding of property standards and behavioural expectations.
- Respond to service requests, support needs and incidents via AIRE services.
- Manage property access for suppliers and maintenance personnel.
- Carry out first fix and minor repairs and report more serious issues.
- Maintain accurate and timely records of inspections, repairs, and incidents.
- Ensure safeguarding and safety protocols are followed for all Service Users.
THE CANDIDATE
- Proven experience in a housing or property support environment, ideally within a service-based or welfare setting.
- Strong background in customer service or tenancy support roles.
- Familiarity with property inspections and housing standards.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic maintenance knowledge desirable.
- Knowledge or experience of safeguarding procedures is advantageous.
THE CONTRACT
- Working hours – Monday to Friday, 9am–5pm. Please note there are daily requirements that must be completed before able to finish for the day.
- Travel Requirements – Fully patch based, ability to travel on patch required.
- Length of Contract – 3-Month Contract with potential to go Temp to Perm.
- Rate – £19.00 per hour (LTD), £16.30 per hour PAYE (inclusive of holiday pay).
