Home Ownership Officer Location : SE1 London Salary : £43,000 per annum Job Type : Permanent, Full TimeAre you driven by delivering exceptional customer service, managing a varied workload, and developing your career within homeownership? I’m working on behalf of a valued housing provider who is looking for an experienced Home Ownership Officer to join their team in SE1.In this role, you’ll be responsible for delivering a high-quality service to a portfolio of homeowners across Southeast London. You’ll bring strong leasehold knowledge, excellent communication skills, and the confidence to manage a demanding caseload with professionalism and care. What you’ll be doing :

Managing a patch of homeowner accounts, ensuring a responsive and customer-centred service.
Issuing clear and compliant Section 20 notices.
Handling queries relating to Estimate and Actual service charges , major works, and legislative requirements.
Managing solicitor enquiries, lease extensions, alterations requests, and statutory processes including Right to Buy and Right to Acquire .
Acting as a champion for the customer, providing clear advice and support.
Overseeing relationships with third-party managing agents.
