37 Hours per Week (Monday–Friday)
Service Care Solutions are working on behalf of a well-established Housing Association to recruit a Compliance Tenant Liaison Officer to support a busy compliance and property services team across the Midlands.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong customer-facing experience to play a key role in ensuring residents remain safe in their homes by supporting access to essential compliance inspections and improvement works.
The Role
The Compliance Tenant Liaison Officer will act as the key link between residents, contractors, and internal teams to ensure access is gained for vital property compliance activities including inspections and improvement works. You will support customers throughout the process, address concerns, manage complaints, and ensure communication is clear and effective to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
This is a mobile role covering Coventry, Birmingham and Worcester, therefore a full driving licence and access to a vehicle is required.
Key Responsibilities
- Support residents and contractors to gain access for compliance inspections and improvement works
- Act as the primary point of contact for customers during compliance programmes
- Deliver clear and effective communication to residents regarding planned works
- Work closely with internal teams to coordinate inspections and ensure completion
- Manage and resolve customer complaints, ensuring positive outcomes
- Maintain accurate records and data entry relating to customer interactions and works completed
- Promote customer safety and awareness around compliance activities
Requirements
- Experience in a customer-facing role with strong communication skills
- Excellent face-to-face and telephone engagement skills
- Ability to manage customer concerns and resolve issues effectively
- Strong organisational and data entry skills
- Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle
- Experience within social housing or property compliance is desirable
