We’re recruiting on behalf of a specialist care service supporting individuals with learning disabilities and complex needs. This is a highly active role, ideal for someone energetic, reliable, and genuinely passionate about supporting others.
Location: Rural area near Tonbridge
Salary: £24,829 per annum + £1,200 complexity payment (pro rata)
Hours: Full-time – 39 hours per week
Shifts: Between 7:00am and 10:30pm, Monday to Sunday (includes mid-day shifts)
Driving Licence: Essential – must be willing to drive both manual & automatic service vehicles
Sponsorship is NOT available for this role
About the Role:
- Support individuals with day-to-day activities and community engagement
- Join in on swimming, long walks, and bike rides
- Help with personal care, medication, and meal prep
- Promote independence and positive wellbeing in a supportive environment
Shifts run from 7am to 10:30pm, Monday to Sunday, including mid-day shifts. Flexible patterns available – your availability will be discussed during the recruitment process.
What You’ll Need:
- Full UK driving licence (non-negotiable due to location and transport responsibilities)
- Willingness to drive on-site vehicles (manual & automatic)
- A caring, hands-on approach and flexibility to work a varied shift pattern
- Previous experience is welcomed but not essential – full training will be provided
