Job Description
- Oversee and co-ordinate day-to-day service delivery across practices within the service.
- Line-manage and support administrative and co-ordination staff to ensure smooth service operation.
- Develop and maintain effective systems for patient flow, referrals, scheduling, and reporting.
- Act as a central point of contact for staff, patients, and partner organisations.
- Support delivery of national and local initiatives, such as enhanced access, frailty pathways, vaccination programmes, and long-term condition management.
- Monitor service performance, analyse data, and prepare reports for the leadership team.
- Identify and implement improvements to enhance patient experience and operational efficiency.
