Senior Residential Support Worker – WarringtonSalary: £32,644 – £34,824 per year (incl. sleep-ins)Location: Solo Children’s Home, WarringtonHours: 2-on, 4-off rota with sleep-in shiftsContract: Full-time, permanentMake a real difference. If you’re ready to take the next step in your residential care career, we’d love to hear from you.  About the RoleAs a Senior Residential Support Worker, you’ll play a key role in the day-to-day running of our solo children’s home in Warrington — a smaller, therapeutic setting designed for young people who need tailored, one-on-one care.You’ll:
  • Lead and support your team on shift
  • Provide consistent, high-quality care and emotional support
  • Promote learning, development, and independence
  • Create a safe, warm, and positive environment
  • Work closely with families, social workers, and professionals
  • Handle sleep-in duties (8 per month on average)

About YouWe’re looking for someone with:

  • A Level 3 Diploma in Children & Young People (or working towards it)
  • Experience in a children’s residential setting (essential)
  • Some supervisory or team-leading experience
  • A full UK driving licence (essential)
  • Resilience, empathy, and a genuine passion for making a difference
  • Age 21+ (legal requirement for residential care roles)
