Service Care Solutions are working alongside National Health and Social Care provider who are looking to recruit a compassionate and talented Registered Manager to join their growing team on a permanent basis. Please find a description of the role below.

Role : Registered Manager
Salary : £47,000 to £55,000 per year
Working : 40 hours per week / on‑site
Location : Durham

Role Overview

• Take responsibility for monitoring and supporting the delivery of person‑centred services to all individuals within your designated area.
• Ensure effective financial management of services through the efficient deployment of staff and the careful oversight of budgets.
• Oversee the day‑to‑day operations of the services, including staff allocation, supervision, and performance management.
• Lead the delivery of high‑quality operational services by regularly supervising and supporting Team Leaders.
• Ensure that support provided to individuals using the services is both effective and efficient, in line with organisational standards and values.
• Demonstrate strong administrative and organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and manage competing demands while maintaining financial awareness.
