Your Role at a Glance
As the Registered Manager, you’ll lead every aspect of the home's operations—ensuring exceptional care, compliance, and culture. This includes:
- Mentoring and guiding your team to deliver high-quality, person-centred care
- Upholding Ofsted standards across safeguarding, leadership, and quality of care
- Managing referrals, compliance, audits, and partnerships with local authorities
- Supporting staff through robust supervision and development frameworks
- Fostering a home environment where young people feel safe, supported, and empowered
Who We’re Looking For
You’re a passionate leader with:
- 2+ years experience in residential childcare (within the last 5 years)
- 1+ year in a supervisory or managerial role
- Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare (or working towards)
- Strong knowledge of trauma-informed practices and children’s safeguarding
- A drive to lead meaningful change and achieve positive outcomes
