We are currently seeking experienced Care Assistants and Senior Care Assistants to support a number of Dementia care homes across South Wales on an ad hoc / zero-hour agency basis. This role is ideal for candidates who are flexible, reliable, and available at short notice to cover last-minute shifts.
Shifts Available:
- Immediate start
- Day and night shifts available 7-7 and/or 8-8
Service Locations & Client Groups: Dementia care homes in Caerphilly, CF83; Pontnewydd, Cwmbran, NP44; Cardiff, CF3; Pontypool, NP4.
Requirements:
- Minimum Level 2 qualification in Health & Social Care or Level 3 for Senior Care Assistant
- At least 6 months’ UK experience as a Care Assistant within the last 6 months
- Ability to work flexibly and accept short-notice shifts
- A caring, professional, and reliable approach
Pay Rate: £15.52 per hour (LTD rate) inclusive of holiday pay and National Insurance.
