Job Description

Service Care Solutions are pleased to present an exciting opportunity for an experience Neurodevelopmental Team Leader, working with our established client. We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Team Manager to lead a busy, high-quality neurodevelopmental assessment service. This is a full-time, hybrid role offering the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of children, families, and adults referred for Autism and/or ADHD assessments through NHS Patient Choice and GP referral.The successful candidate will manage a multidisciplinary team consisting of Psychologists, Speech and Language Therapists, Occupational Therapists, Paediatricians, and Assistant Psychologists, while also playing an integral role in the management team overseeing comprehensive specialist assessments.This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated clinician with leadership experience to contribute to the growth, governance, and clinical excellence of an established and award-winning service.Neurodevelopmental Team LeaderLocation: Remote WorkingSalary: Up to £65,000 per annum (depending on experience)Contract: PermanentKey Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage the multidisciplinary clinical team.
  • Act as the first point of contact for day-to-day operational service matters.
  • Ensure assessments are delivered to the highest clinical and contractual standards.
  • Oversee service delivery, contract mobilisation, and monitor KPIs.
  • Provide clinical governance and oversight of ongoing cases.
  • Support new team members with induction, training, and professional development.
  • Identify and resolve challenges in clinic processes, escalating where appropriate.
  • Contribute to the development of resources, strategies, and service improvements.
  • Attend management meetings, company events, and support organisational objectives.
  • Identify training needs and work with senior leadership to implement them.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Professional Registration with HCPC/NMC or GMC.
  • Experienced Neurodevelopmental Practitioner with specialist training.
  • Experience conducting diagnostic neurodevelopmental/specialist developmental assessments with children and/or adults.
  • Strong knowledge of DSM-5 criteria, Autism and ADHD assessment tools, and differential diagnosis.
  • ADOS-2 and/or ADI-R trained (QB training desirable).
  • Demonstrated experience in clinical leadership, service delivery, and team management.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
  • Must be eligible to work in the UK.
