About Us: Service Care Solutions is a leading healthcare recruitment agency specialising in connecting dedicated healthcare professionals with enriching opportunities.
Service expectations: You will be a member of the multi-disciplinary memory assessment service team and as an independent specialist practitioner you will ensure the effective assessment, planning, consultation, and formulation towards diagnosis.
Responsibilities:
- To have a specialist knowledge and understanding of strategies and interventions in the treatment of dementia.
- To be proficient in referring to other agencies within the service or referring to other services or agencies where necessary.
- To confidently identify risk factors and action accordingly.
- To provide mentoring and clinical supervision to other staff and trainees on placement.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Fully enhanced valid DBS
- Must have experience with Older adults / dementia
- Must have Mental Health Nursing degree.
- 12 months post qualification experience required.

Rate Breakdown: £27ph LTD | £24.29ph PAYE Inclusive
