Service Care Solutions are recruiting a Healthcare Assistant to work within a specialist nursing and dementia Care Home in Cumberland, Cumbria.
Shifts: Monday to Sunday
Hours: 12-hour Shifts | 08:00 – 20:00 and 20:00 – 08:00
Rates: £15.62ph (Ltd Umbrella) = £13.92ph (PAYE Inclusive)
The successful Healthcare Worker will be expected to support adults with dementia and a range of other age-related conditions and medical needs. The home provides specialist nursing and dementia care for up to 60 adults, with 24-hour support from nurses.
Person Specification
- Demonstrable knowledge and experience working within Acute Mental Health and/or eating disorders.
- Mandatory training dated within 12 months including practical Manual Handling.
- Fantastic communication skills.
