Job Description
- Support the Registered Manager in day-to-day operations
- Lead, mentor and develop a small team of residential care staff
- Ensure high-quality, child-centred care and safeguarding

What You’ll Need:
- 2+ years’ experience in a children's residential care home (within the last 5 years)
- 12+ months in a supervisory or management role in a care setting
- Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare (or equivalent)
- Strong working knowledge of Ofsted, relevant legislation, and Quality Standards
- Excellent leadership, communication and organizational skills
- Full UK driving licence
- Right to work in the UK with no restrictions
- Must be 21 or over (in line with care regulations)
