To assist with risk management To liaise with relevant members of the multi-disciplinary team and external agencies to support patient care. Ensure confidentiality & correct documentation & at all times. Qualifications and Requirements: Fully enhanced, valid DBS Nursing degree is not required. Must have mental health experience.
