About the Role: Service Care Solutions are recruiting for a Senior Operations Manager on behalf of a local authority in Salford. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced operational leader to oversee and support the delivery of key frontline services within Streetscene Environmental Services, including Street Cleansing, Winter Weather Services, and Waste Recycling Collections.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of the Waste Operations site, ensuring efficiency, safety, and compliance with environmental regulations.
- Lead on planning, delivery, and monitoring of service performance across multiple operational teams.
- Motivate and manage a large workforce of operational staff, fostering a positive and productive culture.
- Drive continuous improvement across services, ensuring effective resource allocation and service delivery standards.
