We are currently recruiting for an experienced Damp and Mould Surveyor to join the Repairs Client Team at a West London based Council. This is a key role focused on ensuring compliance with the Homes (Fitness for Human Habitation) Act 2018 and delivering effective property services across a wide-ranging housing portfolio. You will lead on damp and mould investigations and support the delivery of day-to-day repairs, disrepair works, refurbishment projects, void inspections, and structural investigations. This is an opportunity to contribute directly to improved housing conditions and resident satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Carry out pre-, mid-, and post-inspections for damp and mould issues, day-to-day repairs, void works, and disrepair cases
