Job Description
- Managing and carrying out detailed site, building and stock condition surveys.
- Preparing drawings (CAD), work schedules, specifications, contract and tender documentation.
- Ensuring compliance with legislation, building regulations and CDM requirements.
- Providing structural diagnostics and detailed remedial work specifications.
- Managing performance of minor and major works against budgets.
- Supervising contractors and tradespersons.
- Producing summary progress reports and recommendations for asset management planning.
- Liaising with internal and external stakeholders to ensure effective service delivery.
The Candidate To be considered for this role, you will require:
- MRICS qualification and a minimum of five years’ experience in building surveying, stock investment, and maintenance.
- Proven experience in project management, budget control, and partnership working.
- High-quality communication and negotiation skills.
- A valid UK driving licence and access to a suitable vehicle for work purposes.
