Service Care Solutions is working alongside a thriving Local Authority, based in Staffordshire, which needs a Senior Debt Recovery Lawyer to join their Adult Social Care legal team.
ROLE: Senior Debt Recovery Lawyer - Adult Social Care team
LOCATION: Staffordshire - remote working
CONTRACT LENGTH: 6 months ongoing
RATE: £407 to £444 per day umbrella
The responsibilities involved in the Senior Debt Recovery Lawyer role:
- Deal with your own Adult Social Care Debt Recovery caseload from start to completion.
- Handle the recovery of residential and domiciliary care fees from those receiving care, some of whom may lack capacity, and from the estates of deceased customers.
- Completing debt recovery negotiations in a wide range of highly complex statutory debt recovery cases.
The Candidate:
- Must be a qualified Solicitor/Lawyer or Legal Executive with a minimum of 3+ years PQE in Adult Social Care Debt Recovery law.
- Ideally someone who has worked for a Local Authority legal department.
- You MUST have Adult Social Care Debt Recovery experience. Candidates without this will NOT be considered.
