Service Care Solutions are working in direct partnership with a well-established and growing legal firm in Stirling, who are looking to add a Residential Conveyancing Paralegal to their dynamic and supportive team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing your own caseload of residential conveyancing transactions from instruction to completion
  • Drafting contracts, transfer deeds, and completion statements
  • Carrying out title checks and reporting on title
  • Handling property registrations and liaising with HM Land Registry
  • Communicating with clients, lenders, estate agents, and solicitors throughout the transaction
  • Supporting solicitors and partners on complex residential and portfolio matters
