Service Care Solutions are working in direct partnership with a well-established and growing legal firm in Stirling, who are looking to add a Residential Conveyancing Paralegal to their dynamic and supportive team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing your own caseload of residential conveyancing transactions from instruction to completion
- Drafting contracts, transfer deeds, and completion statements
- Carrying out title checks and reporting on title
- Handling property registrations and liaising with HM Land Registry
- Communicating with clients, lenders, estate agents, and solicitors throughout the transaction
- Supporting solicitors and partners on complex residential and portfolio matters
The ideal candidate:
- Has strong experience in residential conveyancing
- Is confident working independently and collaboratively in a team
