Job Description
Service Care Solutions are recruiting for an Independent Financial Advisor to join a directly authorised and growing independent financial advisory firm on a permanent basis. The IFA will focus on providing in-depth financial advice, client reviews, and portfolio management, while also identifying opportunities to develop new business through referrals and lead generation.

Key Responsibilities
Provide ongoing financial advice and reviews to an existing client bank.
Develop new business opportunities through client referrals, networking, and lead generation.
Conduct in-depth reviews to understand clients’ current and future financial goals.
Advise on pensions, savings, investments, protection, and wider financial planning needs.
Build and maintain strong long-term client relationships to ensure retention and growth.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of financial products, compliance requirements, and market trends.Candidate Criteria
Full Level 4 Diploma in Financial Planning (or equivalent).
Minimum 5+ years’ experience as a Financial Advisor with CAS status.
Proven track record of growing a client bank through proactive business development.
Strong client-centric approach with a commitment to providing best advice.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills.
Professional, approachable, and IT-proficient with the ability to work independently.Additional Benefits:
