Are you a seasoned Solicitor with a passion for employment law? Do you have a proven track record in advising clients on employment aspects of corporate transactions, handling collective employment matters, and representing clients in employment tribunal litigation? We are seeking an experienced Employment Solicitor to join our team, with the potential to progress to Partner level.

Responsibilities

  • Advising on employment aspects of corporate transactions, outsourcing, and business transfers
  • Handling collective employment matters such as redundancies, reorganisations, and TUPE
  • Advising on trade union relations and consultations
  • Representing clients in employment tribunal litigation

What We’re Looking For

  • A minimum of 3 years' PQE in employment law

  • A team-oriented attitude with the ability to work independently
  • Solid commercial awareness and client care instincts
