Service Care Solutions are currently working alongside a well-known law firm based in Lancashire. They are looking for a Dispute Resolution Solicitor to join their expanding legal team. This is an excellent opportunity to work amongst the legal experts and progress your career.
This role pays a competitive salary of £30,000 - £45,000 annum depending on experience. This role is on a temporary basis with potential to be long term.
Responsibilities as a Dispute Resolution Solicitor:- Handle a varied caseload of dispute resolution matters, including commercial and civil litigation, contractual disputes, property disputes, and debt recovery.
- Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, correspondence, witness statements, settlement agreements, and other legal documents.
- Engage in alternative dispute resolution methods, including mediation and arbitration, to seek cost-effective resolutions for clients.
- A UK qualified solicitor, Barrister or Legal Executive.
- At least 3 years of experience in dispute resolution/litigation, ideally within a law firm setting.
- Strong client care and communication skills.
- Hybrid working.

- Holiday Pay.
