They are looking for Qualified or a Non Qualified Proffesional to join there growing team on a Hybrid basis and pay a competitive salary of Β£30,000 β Β£50,000 annum DOE
Responsibilities as a conveyancer:
Managing property transactions from instruction to completion
Drafting and reviewing legal documents such as contracts, transfer deeds, and mortgage agreements
Conducting property searches, e.g., local authority, environmental, drainage
Liaising with clients, solicitors, estate agents, mortgage lenders, and other third parties
About you as a conveyancer:
Strong knowledge of property law and conveyancing procedures
Good time management and ability to handle multiple cases
Excellent attention to details
