Service Care Solutions is working with a Legal 500 Leading Firm, based in Wiltshire, which is seeking an ambitious Solicitor to join their busy and successful Commercial Property team. The Commercial Property team is a blend of City-trained and locally qualified solicitors, offering a depth of knowledge and experience that is unrivalled in the area.

Role: Commercial Property Solicitor – NQ to 5 years of PQE
Location: Wiltshire
Salary: £45,000 to £60,000 per annum
The Role
You will work on a wide variety of commercial property matters for both commercial and private clients. The caseload will include:
Landlord & Tenant matters
Acquisitions and disposals
Development workIn this role, you will be expected to contribute to the success of the firm in line with its business plan, with clear career progression routes available – including Associate and Managing Associate Solicitor opportunities.
