Service Care Legal are working with an established law firm in the East Midlands is looking to appoint a Commercial Property Solicitor at NQ–3 years PQE level. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is keen to build their career in a supportive, progressive environment.

ROLE Commercial Property Solicitor
PQE: NQ to 3 years’
LOCATION: East Midlands
SALARY: £40,000 – £60,000 (DOE and interview performance)
You’ll be given the chance to run your own matters with direct client contact from day one, while having access to guidance from a highly experienced Commercial Property team, including multiple Partners. The firm places real emphasis on professional development, with clear progression pathways and a genuinely collaborative culture.
The Role
The caseload is broad and varied, with work spanning:
Leasehold and freehold transactions
Development and agricultural land
Acting for SIPPs, SASSs, corporates and individuals
Lending and secured finance matters
About You
A qualified solicitor with up to 3 years’ PQE in commercial property
Strong technical knowledge with excellent drafting and negotiating skills
Confident managing files and working to deadlines
Commercially aware, with a proactive approach to client service
