Service care solutions are currently working alongside a well-known Law firm, based in Greater Manchester, which is seeking a Civil Litigation Barrister to join their team.

The right candidate needs to have Personal Injury or Employers Liability experience.

This role pays a competitive salary of £60,000 per annum.

Responsibilities as a Civil Litigation Barrister:

  • You will be expected to represent claimants at trials across England and Wales and to undertake representation of the firm’s clients at CMCs/CCMCs.
  • Interim Hearings, IAHs, Stage 3 portal Hearings and other forms of advocacy in claimant PI litigation.
  • The majority of the work will be on fast-track cases, there are opportunities to be involved in multi-track litigation.

  • Qualified Barrister with experience in Civil Litigation.
  • Experience in Personal Injury and Employers Liability.
  • Must be able to work independently and to a high standard, prioritising workloads.
