Service Care Solutions are currently working alongside a common local authority based in Manchester. They are looking for an Childcare Solicitor to join their expanding legal team.

This role pays a competitive rate of:
PAYE (Inc.Hol) – 44 87 per hour
Umbrella – 50- 55 per hour
This role is on a temporary basis with potential to be long term.
Responsibilities as a Childcare Solicitor:
- Able to handle high caseload in childcare cases from start to completion.
- To work with the other team members in improving services and making the most of resources.
- To provide representation on legal work on behalf of the council, and where appropriate.
- Able to do advocacy when needed
About you as a Childcare Solicitor:
- A qualified lawyer with at least 3 years of experience in child care law
- Drafting Legal documents to a high quality standard
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
