You’ll turn our marketing plans into reality. Reporting to the Marketing lead, you’ll coordinate projects, keep campaigns moving and make sure every piece lands on time. It’s a hands‑on role for a doer who loves ticking tasks off and seeing results rather than writing strategy from scratch.
Key Responsibilities
- Marketing coordination & project management
- Build project timelines and chase deliverables
- Keep stakeholders updated on status and next steps
- Content & creative collation
- Gather copy, imagery and design assets from internal teams and freelancers
- Ensure everything’s on‑brand and delivered on schedule
- Email & direct‑mail builds
- Set up, segment and send campaigns in HubSpot
- Run A/B tests and monitor performance metrics
- Social scheduling & community engagement
- Publish posts and respond to comments
- Flag opportunities to repurpose or boost content
- Supplier & partner liaison
- Brief agencies or media partners
- Supply assets and audience lists, confirm campaign targeting
- Campaign reporting
- Pull weekly dashboards (opens, clicks, CPL, etc.)
- Highlight quick wins and share concise summaries with the team
What We’re Looking For
- 1–3 years’ experience in a marketing assistant/executive or similar delivery role
- Proven juggling skills – you’re comfortable managing multiple projects and deadlines
- Hands‑on knowledge of SalesForce Marketing Cloud (or another ESP/CRM) for email builds and simple automations
- Solid copy‑editing basics – you can tweak tone and spot typos
- Confidence with numbers: you enjoy checking open‑rates, click‑throughs and cost‑per‑lead
- A proactive, sleeves‑rolled‑up attitude – you like making things happen quickly
Nice‑to‑haves
- Familiarity with Salesforce
- Experience with affiliates, comparison sites or paid social media buying
- Basic Canva/Adobe skills for quick asset tweaks
