The predicted salary is between 35000 - 35000 £ per year.
Working Hours/Arrangements: 40 hours per week (9am to 6pm), Mondays to Thursdays – office based; Fridays – working from home. Flexible working will be considered (2 WFH days a week) following completion of probational period.

Job brief: As an Account’s Assistant (AA), you will be working in partnership with our sales team in supporting current and new customers with the aim of strengthening our existing relationships, managing project workflows, making strategic decisions to strengthen our position in the market to support the growth of one of our most exciting verticals! In this role, you will work with global IT/technology leadership, CTOs and heads of information technology departments, providing support and value to their day-to-day operation and mission critical infrastructure projects.
The Account Assistant will be responsible for helping ensure that the key accounts within their vertical continue to grow and remain happy and supported with their partnership with Servers.com. An ability to foster, build and maintain strategic relationships to understand and record Servers.com’s impact on outcomes and results. To ensure ongoing satisfaction to aid growth and contract renewals with customers.
What we ask:
- 2+ years sales or account management experience
- B2B Sales experience within the IaaS/Technology industries is preferable.
- Strong interpersonal communication skills and ability to achieve set goals and deadlines.
- Ability to gather meaningful decision-maker intelligence, obsess over customer needs, and go the extra mile for insight and understanding.
- A clear and effective communicator across all platforms.
- Project management experience preferred.
- Target driven with a real drive to succeed with a want to play a big part in a dynamic and ambitious company’s growth.
- Desire to play a big part in the growth of our sales department over the next 5 + years!
- Live in commutable distance to Guildford.

- Base salary range: £35,000 per annum.
- Commission Range: £35,000 per annum (Double OTE).
