Most shops set Serve Mate up themselves. Bigger jobs, like franchise stores, multi-site groups and kiosk rollouts, need someone on site. That's you.
You'll be out on the road getting shops up and running: setting up tills and kiosks, mounting menu screens and making sure everything is tidy, tested and ready before a busy Friday night.
What you'll do
- Install and set up hardware on site: Windows PCs, Android tablets, thermal receipt and kitchen printers, and TV screens and monitors
- Connect devices to the shop network and to Serve Mate, then test every order from start to finish
- Mount screens and run cables neatly and safely
- Show staff the basics of their new system before you leave
- Find and fix hardware problems on site
What we're looking for
- Full UK driving licence (essential)
- Hands-on experience setting up computers, tablets, printers or screens
- Basic networking know-how: Wi-Fi, routers and getting devices online
- Happy working on your own and travelling to customer sites
- Tidy, reliable and good with people
- Nice to have
- EPOS or hospitality tech installs
- Experience working in takeaways or restaurants
- What you get
- Full training on Serve Mate and the hardware we use
- Variety: every day is a different shop
- Get in early and grow with us
