The Role
This is not just about posting content — it’s about building a community and driving engagement that converts into brand love and growth. You’ll take the lead on creating content that people want to watch, share, and talk about. From reactive trends to planned campaigns, you’ll know how to cut through and make SERVED part of the conversation.
You’ll:
- Develop and execute a social strategy focused on engagement, reach, and growth
- Create and oversee high-performing, platform-native content
- Spot trends early and turn them into content that resonates
- Constantly test, optimise, and improve performance using data and insights
- Build an engaged community, not just an audience
About You
You’re a social-first thinker who understands what makes people stop scrolling. Proven track record of driving high engagement across platforms. Deep understanding of TikTok, Instagram, and LinkedIn (algorithms, formats, trends). Experience creating content that sparks interaction not just impressions. Data-driven, but creatively led. Comfortable moving fast and experimenting in a high-growth environment. Bonus if you’ve worked with brands in fashion, lifestyle, wellness, or drinks but what really matters is your ability to build engaged audiences and create content that connects.
