The role
This is a true brand leadership position. You’ll take full ownership of how SERVED shows up in the market and how it scales.
- Define and evolve the brand strategy as the business enters its next growth phase
- Lead bold, culturally relevant campaigns that cut through not blend in
- Build a digital-first brand ecosystem, with social and video at its core
- Turn insight into action and action into commercial impact
- Own activation across channels from disruptive launches to standout partnerships
- Be the driving force behind how the brand is seen, felt and talked about

Who this is for
You’re likely already a successful FMCG Senior Brand Manager or Marketing Manager but you’re frustrated by slow decision making, layered approvals or playing it safe. You want more ownership. More pace. More impact.
