The Opportunity

We're looking for an ambitious Sales & Activation Executive to join our commercial team and play a key role in accelerating SERVED's growth across the wholesale and convenience channels.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone with 1-2 years of experience in FMCG, sales, field marketing or a customer-facing commercial role looking to develop their career within one of the UK's fastest-growing drinks brands.

Reporting directly to the Head of Convenience & Wholesale, you'll be responsible for executing sales activations, building relationships with retailers and wholesalers, improving visibility in depot and store environments, and helping drive incremental sales across our customer base.

The role offers significant exposure to commercial strategy and customer management and a clear pathway to national account management and broader commercial leadership opportunities as SERVED continues to grow.

What you'll be responsible for

You will help bring the SERVED brand to life across the convenience and wholesale channel, owning high-impact, customer-facing activity and helping drive revenue growth.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Own execution of depot demonstrations and sampling activity
  • Build relationships with independent retailers and wholesale customers
  • Identify opportunities to increase distribution, visibility and rate of sale
  • Execute merchandising and POS activity across customer estates
  • Monitor competitor activity and provide market insight
  • Analyse activation performance and recommend improvements
  • Support customer meetings, presentations and commercial projects
  • Represent SERVED at trade events and customer activations

Who You Are

We're looking for:

  • Minimum of 1–2 years' experience in FMCG, sales, field marketing, retail, hospitality or another customer-facing commercial role
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Commercially minded with the ability to use analytics to drive decision making
  • Comfortable working independently in the field
  • Highly motivated, self starter, eager to achieve success
  • Confident using Excel and analysing performance data
  • Passionate about working in a fast-paced and entrepreneurial environment with a can-do attitude
  • Full UK driving licence desirable but not essential
