Head Office location: Waterloo (once a week minimum)
Travel: Fully covered by SERVED Drinks
Hours: 23 hrs/week
Salary: £1,361/month (4 weeks) base salary. Uncapped sales incentive structure could take this to ~£2,000/month
Contract Length: June 1st – August 21st.

The Opportunity

We’re looking for an ambitious, high-potential intern to join our sales team this Summer and play a meaningful role in accelerating our wholesale growth.

This is far more than a traditional internship. It is a chance to gain front-line commercial experience inside one of the UK’s fastest-growing FMCG brands, working directly with senior leadership and seeing how a premium brand wins in the wholesale channel.

You’ll gain hands-on exposure to B2B sales, route-to-market strategy, customer engagement, field activation and commercial execution, building highly transferable skills for future careers in FMCG sales leadership, commercial strategy or entrepreneurship.

What You’ll Do

You will help bring the SERVED brand to life across the wholesale channel, owning high-impact, customer-facing activity and helping drive revenue growth.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Delivering in-depot sales presentations and sampling activations to prospective independent retail customers.
  • Executing best-in-class POS merchandising, pricing and promotional visibility.
  • Maximising off-shelf displays and secondary siting opportunities.
  • Tracking competitor pricing, category trends and wholesaler ranging.
  • Analysing sales uplift and post-activity performance.
  • Supporting senior leadership on wholesale partnerships and strategic channel development.
