Delivery of MI capability to Land Forces in order to contribute to UK operational success on established and contingency operations
1. Responsible to CO for all Bn Reserve Activity, Policy, Training and Assurance
2. Act as the lead for the Reservist element of the Bn, ensuring conformance with relevant Governance and SOIs.
3. BPT Deputise for the Bn 2IC in their absence.
4. MS responsibilities as 2RO as required.
5. Manage the Reservist element of the Bn in accordance with CO’s directive.
6. Iso the Bn 2IC, staff focus for risk management or Reservist elements of the Bn.
7. Icw the SPSI, executive co-ordinator for Reservist events.
8. Act as a core member of Bn HQ, iso Bn level outputs.
