The predicted salary is between 30000 - 40000 £ per year.

Provide close support to PRD in their Recovery pathway either to enable them to return to duty or to make a smooth transition to civilian life.

Conduct Army Engagement and attend Unit Health & Wellbeing meetings as directed by OC. Conduct visits to officers/soldiers (and their families) assigned or supported by the PRU who may be sick absent at home, hospitalised or on recovery duty/activities.

Identify and report medical/welfare concerns to Clinical leads, Senior Case Manager and administrative/discipline issues to CofC. Produce detailed visit reports on all platforms, carry out actions identified and record appropriately in accordance with current policy.

Deliver formal case briefings at the Unit CMCR. Assess the needs of PRD and wider family SP using HARDFACTS. Conduct 24/7 PRO Duties on a rotational basis, an additional SU SME duty and assist with delivery of courses inc. ALDP etc, as directed by OC.
