Domestic Considerations: Regional Command encourages output-focussed flexible working practices based from Imphal Barracks, Routine travel around your AoR will be required.

Position Role: Plan, Lead and execute the delivery of Firm Base (FB) support, including Head of Establishment (HoE) responsibilities, on behalf of Comd JMC North.

Responsibilities:
1. On behalf of Comd North, as HoE, deliver Establishment Management to units within your AoR in accordance with ACSO 1105.
2. Leadership and management of your JMC Hub Team, a workforce spread across multiple sites, including attached Pers e.g. MPGS guard force (OPCON) as assigned.
3. Develop and maintain relationships with Tenant Units in your AoR, 3rd Party Lodgers, principal service delivery partners, and RFCA Y&H.
4. Actively identify tasks and manage risks and issues across your AoR and act to mitigate, escalate and resolve issues as appropriate.
5. Convene and chair routine customer/supplier liaison forums such as Site Infra management meetings, Contract monitoring meetings, FB Establishment Committees, etc.
6. Co-ordinate, support and deconflict Tenant unit business continuity plans across the establishment.
7. On orders, support UK resilience activity in support of Comd North.
8. Other tasks as directed by Comd North within FTRS (HC) terms of service.
