Manage work service requests, ensuring timely completion, minimal disruption, compliance with standards, and maintaining a detailed works register.
Manage regimental accounts, including MSA, ET, vehicles, weapons, IT, and welfare stores, ensuring serviceability and policy compliance.
Oversee and control budgets, including the Virtual Bank Account (VBA) and Brigade funds, ensuring value for money and compliance with regulations.
Conduct checks, audits, and inspections (e.g., AinU, ORP, weapon serials) to ensure accountability and compliance with regulations.
Ensure adherence to health, safety, and security standards, including Hard FM contracts, armoury procedures, and storage area access control.
Supervise the general management of the site, ensure cleanliness and security, and address issues in coordination with contractors where required.
Manage equipment and stores, including demand, receipt, storage, issue, and backloading, ensuring documentation and promptly addressing discrepancies.
Liase with higher formations, contractors, and sub-units, providing updates, resolving issues, and facilitating meetings like TFM and Equipment Care.
