Coy 2IC, responsible for providing command, leadership and administration to the Sub-Unit as directed by the Officer Commanding.

  • Support the scheduling of Sub-Unit tasks.
  • Coordinate and administer operational areas within the Sub-Unit.
  • Ensure that Sub-Unit readiness and capabilities are maintained including appropriate training of personnel.
  • Oversee Sub-Unit health, wellbeing and welfare.
  • Manage the career development of Sub-Unit personnel providing career advice and opportunities for personal development.
  • Manage the training of Sub-Unit personnel.
  • BPT to cover the OC and conduct future tasks as directed by BHQ or the CO.
