Position Role: Section Commander ATU (North).
Responsibilities:
- Perform the duties of a Section Commander delivering army reserve basic training CMS(R) Future Soldier.
- Key responsibility is to deliver SAA to their allocated section within the Basic Training Platoon to WHT standard.
- Fully conversant and compliant with all aspects of Basic training, either leading or supporting its delivery.
- Assist the Platoon Commander with compiling Recruits report books and the Platoon Sergeant with administration.
- Lead Recruits and inspire individual achievement as per the ARITC code of practice for instructors.
- Undertake any additional tasks as required by the CoC.
- Maintain regular engagement with own cap badge ensuring the individual remains SQEP within CEQ.
- Any other tasks as directed by the CoC.
