Responsibilities:
1. Plan and organise the annual training programme in conjunction with the 2IC, SO2 G3 and PSI in accordance with the Commanding Officer's Training Directive.
2. Brief the Commanding Officer on training issues and developments from Fd Army.
3. Lead the regimental training team in the delivery of clinical and military training.
4. Provide assurance to the planning of training and risk management on behalf of the Commanding Officer.
5. Coordinate the training, testing and maintenance of Individual Training Records in conjunction with the PSI.
6. Plan and deliver unit Annual Continuous Training in conjunction with s-ACT lead units.
7. Support unit clinical governance activity within the Healthcare Assurance Framework.
8. Support the planning of the annual budgetary cycle planning in conjunction with the CO and PSAO.
