Position Role: Coord issues and outputs across the Support Directorate on behalf of Director Support.

1. Coordinate the Sp Directorate outputs, ensuring quality and timeliness.
2. Cohere and prepare D Sp’ and the COS’ briefing packs.
3. Direct and coordinate the Sp Directorate response to internal and external papers and requests for information.
4. Coordinate and organise Sp Directorate meetings and visits. Create a trusted key stakeholder network.
5. Maintain D Sp’ awareness of wider Army business, providing sound military judgement and advice.
6. Manage and coordinate all liability, trawls and workforce requests on behalf of D Sp, COS, the Sp Executive and the wider Directorate.
7. Manage the Sp Directorate SOIs and SOPs.
8. Control and manage the Sp Directorate MS and Honours & Awards process.
