| Attendance at Wednesday evening training during University term time, 5x weekends and 2 week ADX (usually in June) required. Responsibilities: 1. Lead for planning and delivery oversight for all unit training activities on behalf of the CO. 2. As part of a culture of continuous improvement, review training conducted and Officer Cadet INVALS to inform future training delivery. 3. Champion continuous personal development opportunities for all staff and Officer Cadets. 4. Lead all assurance activities (including OFSTED preparation) and validate all training delivery (nominated as unit Defence Training Manager). 5. Manage and audit the unit training budgets, additional funds allocated to the unit from the public purse and oversee the maintenance of attendance registers. 6. Act as 1RO for Adjt and 3x PSIs. 7. Senior Planning Officer for training activity. |
