Responsibilities:
- OIC responsible for all Personnel Management, Training and outputs of the Band.
- Managing all MS for band personnel, including 1RO & 2RO.
- Deliver all routine rehearsals & musical training.
- Workforce planning, talent management & succession planning.
- Design, plan and deliver all internal musical trg programmes and ATE’s.
- Design, plan and deliver all large-scale music events as allocated by Single Service Tasking Authority (SSTA).
- Design, plan and deliver all musical outputs as directed by CO.
- Advise and liaise with sponsors throughout planning phases for all large-scale events.
- Assure all musicians are at the appropriate standard prior to attempting CEQ exams via practical assessment.
- Audition and interview all potential candidates for suitability via practical assessment.
- Arrange music according to needs of individual engagements / sponsor requests.
- Manage career development, talent management and succession planning.
