This appointment delivers physical training to Army Reserve Phase 1 Recruits and Inkerman Coy personnel. The incumbent will be responsible for:
- Delivery of PD elements of CMS FS to Army Reserve recruits attending ATR(G) delivered Basic Training Courses.
- Delivery of PD outputs to ATR(G) and Inkerman Coy personnel, optimising physical performance including health and wellbeing.
- Assist the RAPTC QMSI with the management of physical development (PD) activities (design/implement and delivery).
- Conduct and record physical fitness testing to include screening.
- Update the ATR(G) CoC on Permanent Staff health and fitness statistics.
- Assist with the management and maintenance of gym facilities, infrastructure and equipment.
- Assist in the organisation of PD events and PT development to enable the unit's operational role.
- Execute delegated tasks in line with directed control measures to maintain the Safe System of Training and general health and safety in the workplace.
