Position Role: Career Manager responsibilities for three Regts at ATC(P) and satellite/lodger Units.
Responsibilities:
- To advise the three COs of ATC(P) units and CO AIS, CoC and individuals on all aspects of soldier Career Management.
- Implement and supervise control of unit's cap badge soldier's policy and procedures on assignments and promotion.
- To ensure all PiDs are filled by qualified personnel on time.
- Act as main PoC for the APC on soldier staffing issues, gapping policy as it affects ATC(P) units and personnel.
- To develop and implement the unit retention plan to ensure managed retention of PS and resettlement in the units.
- The focal point for personal development and soldier's career advice, vocational education, learning and PDRs.
- Co-ordinate ALDP training for Permanent Staff.
- Review the AET 8005 and staff establishment amendments under the direction of 3 COs and ITG.
- Co-ordinate CM Portal, ATMS, Digital Transfers.
