A vacancy has arisen for a WO (People Specialist) to serve as WO Service Funds Assurance at HQ Air Command on Full Time Reserve Service (Limited Commitment) Terms and Conditions of Service (TCo S), with an initial proposed start date of 03 May 2027.
To provide assurance to Hd People Services and Managing Trustees on the Legal, Financial and Reputational risks provided by the operation of Service Funds on units.
- Don’t need the full TORs,
- Carry out Service Funds Assurances to all Air TLB units and other locations as required.
- Continual revision of issued policy AP3223, AP3223A and “T” Letters alongside the HQ Air Service Funds guiding templates and documents in line with legislation.
- Act as conduit between all Air TLB units and Contractors, to ensure contract delivery is optimal.
- Provide a Service Funds advisory customer service POC for all units. Assisting with Sage software and accounting queries.
- Manage the Accounting Software contract utilised by Service Funds, providing technical support when needed.
