| Applicants will support the SO2 WLD in managing and delivering apprenticeships across PM(A) and 1 MP Brigade. You'll collaborate closely with the Army HQ Business Support Services Quality Mentor on all aspects of MP apprenticeship management. Your responsibilities include forecasting demand using various data sources, leading management boards, and ensuring program quality in line with the Education Inspection Framework and Skills England funding rules. You'll monitor the Quality Improvement Plan and apprenticeship performance, assist in self-assessment and reporting, support contracting processes, and identify development opportunities for apprentices across the Brigade.POC for further information: ben.feasby103@mod.gov.uk |
